Both Craig and Nat had previously had their own businesses for over 10 years – Craig with Identity Creative (a Branding Agency) and Nat with The Not Too Hard Basket Consultancy (Marketing Consultancy & Freelance Marketing Manager).

After several years of working together across multiple projects – Craig and Nat saw the great potential of having a business that married their expertise.

Natalie has held senior roles in both renowned Ad agencies and Media firms and has worked across many industries including pharmaceutical, industrial, retail, FMCG, not-for-profit and small business. She has managed accounts for and consulted to many prestigious brands including the Heart Foundation, Diabetes Australia, Protect-A-Bed, Suzuki, GlaxoSmithKline, Forty Winks, Sara-Lee, Okuma Australia, WE-EF Lighting, Telstra, Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation, Gambler’s Help (Vic Responsible Gambling Foundation), WorldPoly, Realestate.com and many more.

Craig’s design and print expertise spans over 20+ years. During the last 10 years, Craig has specialised in developing design and brand identities for web, digital, & social media.

Craig has a keen eye for detail and branding excellence – he can quickly identify what your business or product needs to make the brand stand out in its marketplace and attract its target audience. His passion drives the development of brands that engage, evoke loyalty and make a difference to a business’ success. 

Brand’s with purpose help to define great brands that will last the distance, and this is where BEAM’s brand design begins. Brand continuity over multiple materials & forms, over a brand’s life, is vital. Craig is our gatekeeper for brand integrity and performance.
